What exactly is freeze-dried candy?
Freeze-drying is a process that removes 99% of the moisture from candy through sublimation. This transforms the texture from chewy or hard into a light, airy, and intensely flavorful crunch that melts in your mouth.
How long does freeze-dried candy last?
When kept in its original sealed packaging and stored in a cool, dry place, our freeze-dried candy can last for up to a year. However, once opened, we recommend consuming it within a week for the best texture.
Why did my candy arrive in small pieces?
Because freeze-dried treats are extremely fragile, some settling or breakage may occur during shipping. While we pack every order with care, the 'candy dust' at the bottom of the bag is delicious as a topping for ice cream or yogurt!
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Are your products allergy-safe?
Our candy is processed in a facility that also handles nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. Please check the specific ingredient labels on each product page for detailed allergen information before purchasing.
